Subject Burning daylight.

Diere awoke to the sound a deep laugh from the innkeeper as he said "I have never seen someone empty my store of Ale in one night." The innkeeper then pushed a massive pot of stew in Diere's direction and as he turned and walked away said "You impressed me, always thought you Bull-men were just a lot of beasts but you showed true honor when those men insulted you." and with a stiff nod he walked away. Diere snorted, that little man knew nothing of honor the only thing that stopped him from slaughtering those men was the fact he was looking for paying work, and that is hard to come by with fresh blood on your hands. The pot soon empty, and his belly feeling snug in his armor Diere's thoughts soon turned to the elf that had fallen asleep in his lap right after he finished the last keg of ale late last night, but his thoughts cut of when the door to the inn slowly opened. A man entered the inn, a man with an air of command around him. Diere knew this was the man he wanted to talk to, and with the creaking of his armor causing the man to look his way Diere made his way to the man and said " I think I have something you want, Sir Knight."

Diere found himself sprawled on the deck of his skiff, A bit drowsy and slightly tipsy from the ale he had idulged in before leaving. The Moon's held low as he drifted through the Blood Sea, the gentle rocking of the wave's lulling him to a peacefull slumber. Unbeknownst to Diere, Fate had othe plans for gim that night. A loud crash and the sound of splintering wood jolted him awake as his skiff collided with another vessel, The Vanderkaum. Diere blinked the sleep from his eye's as the water enveloped him. Instinct took hold as he fought the pull of the skiff as it sunk toward the depths. Grabbing hold of a hanging line from the passing vessel he pulled himself aboard. As he cleared the rail he could see the crew racing about from the impact, grabbing the closest crew memeber we one arm and holding him over the rail as he loosend one of his axes in its holster with the other hand. He Bellowed "You bastards sank my ship!" As the crew skidded to a halt he could hear the marines aboard pull steel as he spotted a shrowded figure emerge from the shadows near the helm. The crew seemed to sense the figure as he noticed them glanceing to the helm as if on waiting for the mysterious figures word on what they where going to do next.
