Subject A Knight's Homecoming (Cont)

Griffon had arrived in the city known as Kalaman, a city he took over in the
last war. Griffon went to the local inn and got a room.

There he spent days on end, lieing in bed, healing and thinking to himself.

He thought 'I am too weak, i almost died, i would of died if it hadn't been
for Paladine's blessing....'

Has Griffon recovered he vowed to train harder,to become a true Solamnic
Knight.

Griffon, now fully healed, began his training, both physically and mentally.

Days turned into weeks, weeks into month's.....

Griffon trained day and night, never feeling he had reached his pinacle..

Nodding to himself, he was ready.... ready to go home.

Mounting his warhorse they rode out of Kalaman and towards Palanthas.

After days of travelling he finally reached the great city, known as
Palanthas.

Standing before the gates of the Solamnic Keep, he waited..waited for a
familiar face to appear.

Seeing Dartain, he smiled, and saluted him.

Dartain had a look as if he was seeing a ghost and stuttered..

'Griffon, is that....you...'

Griffon nodded to Dartain.

Dartain spoke once more 'I thought, well the knights thought you had
died.....'

Griffon shaked his head, and bearhugged his old friend.

Dartain spoke once more 'Truly this is a joyous occasion, i shall inform the
others immediately'

Subject A Knights Homecoming (Part 1)

Lieing drenched in blood ono the ground, Griffon looks up seeing an enormous
blue dragon. He see's Silver run off, badly wounded but alive none the less.

He attempts to stand many times, but only to fall again.

He closes his eyes and begins praying to Paladine, asking him for his guidance
and protection. The blue dragon hovers above him, almost taunting him.

Griffon entends his arms out and begins to concentrate. His hands begin to
glow in a bright white aura, fading moments after. Griffon shrugs and begins
to lose hope. Closing his eyes once more he tries again.

His hands begin to glow once more in the same bright white aura. Nodding to
himself he moves his hands towards his severest wound, hoping to heal as
muchof it has he can. To his amazement, the wound behins to close and he
slowly begins to gain some strength. He manages to get up, then goes for
his blade only to be stopped by the enormous blue dragon. In a attempt to get
his blade Griffon darts foward and goes through the blue's legs.

He grabs his blade, and holds it up firmly. THe blue dragon growls loudly
then swings his tail, sending Griffon flying in the air, hitting a stone wall.

Luckily Griffon now stood mere inches from the exit to the cavern.

Griffon began to limp towards the exit, not even looking back.

The blue dragon opens his mouth and sends his deadly frost breath towards
Griffon. Going as fast as he could, Griffon now see's the exit the to cavern.
Momentarily looking back, Griffon see's whats coming directly at him and
leaps foward.

Landing on the ground, Griffon just barely dodged the dragon's breath.

Looking up he see's his mount, his fathers warhorse.

Whistling as loud as he could, the warhorse arrives right before him.

Once on top of his mount, Griffon faints.

Regaining conciousness after a unknown ammount of time, Griffon stands up and
 looks around.
