Subject a shedding of skins

In the darkness surrounding the altar of Nuitari in the Tower of Wareth I
was pondering Leggacy who had come back and started to stir up trouble
within my ranks and within my plans. Nuitari had offered me no advice and
was silent as always, it almost seemed as if he was ignoring me. I had
heard his voice once commanding me to kill a minion of the queen in my
testing.

I thought back to my testing and I thought about what had occured in my
test. I had confronted an alternate version of myself who had stayed
within the Dragonarmies and was now telling me that I had betrayed the
Queen.

I thought long and hard about it and realized when I was forced to kill
myself I was only suppressing a side of myself that I had long believed was
correct in leaving the Queen's armies.

Then I thought about the countless times the Greys had asked me to join and
approached my to leave the conclave and take a position within the
conclave. It was about this time that a silken voice bgan to whisper
things into my ear.

I listen to the voice tell me that the glory that had been lost upon the
dragonarmies had been upheld by the Grey. I stood and went to my room
within the halls of the Tower and sat for 2 days in my study thinking of
the words spoken to me.

I stood at once and summon an Homonculus to deliver a note I'd written to
the Leader of the Grey order. I took off my black Robes and cast them
aside on the floor within my room. Gating to Neraka I met with Ryven and he
allowed me to join the clan as long as I would devote myself to the worship
of the Dark Queen.

It brought back many memories and made me think of the times with my squad
of draconians before the conclave. I then thought it might no be easy for
me to win back the favor of the Dark Queen since she has little compassion
for deserters.

I went to her temple in neraka and prayed for forgiveness for my mistakes
in the past and promised her my life, body, and soul. But these were empty
promises since both she and I knew that I had long ago given them over.

With a plea for her mercy and a plight for a second chance I turned over a
new leaf in my life and began to pray fervently to her so that I might at
one point achieve a fraction of the former honor I once held.

With that I am still praying and hoping that I may one day attain the favor
of my Lady again so that I might help the loyal footsoldiers in her army.
