The Great Library of Palanthas

An Aesthetic shows you to a small reading room.

Stories of Ansalon from the view of Inna.

A little gully dwarf runs by and says 'Wordwrap Off 65 80.'
The gully continues 'Eyes hurt? Turn Color OFF!! (regular story dates)

Astinus says 'Enter the main library here to view only the author list.'
Astinus gently places a gorgious hardback on the table in front of you.
You note the spine bears the word 'Inna' scribed in vibrant maroon ink.

Author: Inna

Subject Strange things in the sky

'Bored, bored, bored, bored, bored, ' Inna thought, listening to the
droning voice of the instructor. Although the sun was at it's zenith in the
sky, the young elven girl yawned, hiding it with the book in her hands. She
shuffled, drawing the instructor's eyes to her. He shook his head,
continuing his lectures. Knowing that he would continue, she picked up a
writing stick and, dipping it in ink, started penning words on a blank piece
of paper in front of her. The seemingly nonsense words on the page gave her
a little thrill, keeping her mind occupied. In fact, occupied enough that
she was unaware that the lecture was finished and the instructor now stood
behind her.

"Doodling again," the instructor asked, interrupting Inna's work. She
sheepishly looked up at him, smiling shyly. "I'm not drawing," she
returned, trying to hide the paper. It didn't work. The instructor picked up
the paper. He tried to read what was written. "Shirak...what is this mumble
of words? This is the not from the lecture today," he grumbled, shaking his
head. He wadded the paper back into a ball, pointing out the door. Inna
stood, gathering her stuff. She bowed deeply and left the room.

As night fell, Inna watched the moon rise over the trees, feeling a bit of a
spark. Then something else caught her sight. Something dark waited on the
horizon, not on the ground, nor in the air. She shook her head, going to her
bed.
