Author: Shelke Date: Wed Jan 21 22:31:58 2009 Subject Shelke, Agent of Evil Walking away from the battle the warrior moves her hand up and pushes her dark red hair from her face. Catching her breath, Shelke sits against a tree and removes her helmet. As she catches her breath she slowly drifts to sleep. In her dreams, she thinks about how she got to where she is. She thinks about when she was younger and training with her father. During their sessions all her father would do is scold her about following the righteous path, becoming a Knight in the service of the Solace. The lectures continued, for 17 years, day after day, session after session. Then one day, around the time Shelke turned 17, her father looks at her and says. "It's time that you decide what you want to do Shelke, you are of proper age to go about your life as you will." Shelke looks up at her father, dark red hair covering half her face. "Why do you ask Father? So that you can scold me on becoming what you want, not what I wish?" Nilbus looks upon his daughter with concern. "What are you saying? That what I wish for you isn't what you want?" Shelke screams and draws her sword, thrusting it into the chest of her Father. "Never will I follow your footsteps. I take what I want. I kill who I wish. Nothing will hinder me, even yourself." Removing her sword, Shelke grins slightly at the sight of her Father's life drain out of him. Stepping back, she turns and enters her house, gathering her belongings and setting out for Neraka. Here she would meet many others like herself. Snapping awake and grasping her hilt, Shelke scans the area only to realize she is still alone. Slightly discouraged at the lack of battle, she stands and sets off towards Palanthas. Here she hopes to find a member of the Dragonarmy, so she can submit herself into the service of her Deity, Takhisis.
