The Great Library of Palanthas

An Aesthetic shows you to a small reading room.

Stories of Ansalon from the view of Xizegue.

A little gully dwarf runs by and says 'Wordwrap is at 65. You change? Off 65 80.'
The gully continues 'Eyes hurt? Turn Color OFF!! (regular story dates)

Astinus says 'Enter the main library here to view only the author list.'
Astinus gently places a pulp magazine on the table in front of you.
You note the spine bears the word 'Xizegue' scribed in light brown ink.

I woke up this
afternoon in a ditch, after a long day and night of
drinking
mixed with other mood altering drugs. My butt hurts. I must
have
blackout out after downing that barrel of ale and eating
that handfull of
shrooms and weird fungus. i dont remember much,
but my face tells me i got
into some scuffles and didnt come out
the victor. I worry one of my targets
may have had some strange
form of punishment for my actions. *rubs his butt*
I must now
make my way to the temple, and explain my actions to
mishakal,
she will not be pleased.

Must stop
drinking.......

Xizegue story

I grey up in palanthas, and as a child i
spent many days playing on its
streets. It was a fun city and
always interesting to explore. Both my
parents were great
Minotaur warriors. They never planned on having children,
not
because they didnt like them, but becuase their life style didnt
allow
it. As warrior's they spent many hours a day training for
battle. They
couldnt have a child distracting them from fighting.
Not only that but a
child could be a liability to them. i was
lucky to survive in my mothers
womb at all, since she never took
a day off from training or fighting all
through her pregnancy.

They had been traveling through palanthas the day i was born,

and knowing the travels let lay ahead of them, they gave me up
to the local orphanage run by a church.
so there i grey up, i had
13 brothers and 15 sisters.
I had a good life there, free food,
clean water, what else could you ask for.
To help the church
raise money i spent alot of time on missions spreading the word
of Mishakal.
i have always liked to help people, and have been a
cleric of mishakal since the age of 5.
i moved out of the
orphanage at the age of 18, and have spent my life traveling the
world.
