Location
This is a low level area full of mosquitos, as expected from a swamp. You will find some temperamental vegetation and some shady characters in this area. Some thieves have hidden a precious item around here. It is a small hidden area not shown on the map.
If you get a quest with a location of "Out on a Limb!!" in Bloten Swamp, find the room with an 'up' exit in the north end of the swamp and use a potion of flying (or any source of flying) to be able to reach it.
