Location
This area is divided into two, The city of Caergoth and the Port. A lot of low levels spend considerable time in the port. You can find a few items of worth and it's also a nice place to fish. The port seems to have a big issue with rats, maybe you can lend a hand exterminating them.

Tips
Players of evil alignment will be attacked by the guards of Caergoth City. If you are going to the Port of Caergoth, you might want to use the manholes located in the southwest corner of the city, and the east, go down a few and the current on the sewers will take you to the port.
West of the city, you will find a group of gnomes that need your help. After finishing the short quest, they will give you a ride to a place of your choosing.
