Location
This area is part of the Solamnic Plains region and is intended for levels 1 to 101.
The Solamnic city of Vingaard is a place of prosperity. It sits within the walls that protect the city and has much to offer travelers. If you're weary, try the Khyldesdale Inn on Kingfisher Way for some rest. If you bear wounds from battle or travel, visit the healer in the small temple on Peasant's way. A small tavern on Market Square, and a gambling hall on Kingfisher's Way, provide for a distraction from the sometimes boring tedium of travel.
If your needs are more material, the bank on Kingfisher's Way will allow you to get some spending cash. The potion shop and outfitting shop, both located on Market Square, will provide the essentials of what most adventurers need to further their journeys. Also, Peasant's way has a blacksmith, fur trader, and map shop to help you find your way.
Vingaard Keep itself comprises of tall fortified walls topped by walkways, which are looked over by guard towers. Other than the quarters for the guards and nobles, there isn't really much to the keep itself.
