Gains

From Unofficial Ansalon Wiki

Gains allow you to gain skills or spells after creation, gains can be gathered by leveling, converting practices, or through questing. New gains are received every five levels beginning at level 5, and you begin the game with 0 gains. That means by level 101 you will have received 20 gain points.
