Hybardin is the capitol of Thorbardin. It is a city built inside a gigantic stalactite hanging over the Urkhan Sea.
In Game
It is accessable via the Urkhan Sea. The Urkhan Sea can be easily reached by working your way north through Thorbardin and through the dreaded Valley of Thanes.
