For lower levels stick around palanthas there is some good eq in the sewers and a lot of mobs for different levels. - The teens in the northeast gate give good exp. - Kender that wander around are good till about 13ish. - Sailers are good if you have a pet to tank then the upgrader scuffy sailor affter that.
