Location
The Palanthas Seas (I am unsure what the area is actually named at this time) extend north from the harbor of Palanthas. In order to traverse the area, the player will be required to have a boat, swimming skill, or be affected by the fly spy. The area is filled with no-exit rooms - players are advised to bring potions of recall should they blunder into one.

This is not 100% correct yet, I'm still finding and tweaking some bugs with it.
Notable Equipment
A Big Fat Spliff - sold from rastafarians
Storm Cape - Drops from a tempest, the item is invisible so detect invisible is needed to find.
