Location

Prior to the Cataclysm, this was the only tower not to be abandoned. The tower could be found only by "those invited to seek it". This Tower was enchanted to change locations and there are no two maps that show the same "estimated" location inside the forest. It is currently inhabited by the wizards of the Conclave.
