Location
This beautiful city has been built underwater. The usual way to reach it is to portal to Kurmost, head north and then all the way east to reach the path that takes you to the ocean and the Underwater Plains. In order to dive in, however, you'll need an air pouch, a potion or some means to breathe underwater. From there, head all the way south through the plains and then up to reach the city.
- On occasion, the queen might reveal some information for a very special secret quest
