Subject Quest streaks

When you lose your streak it now logs it, in case you forget what it was
etc when the quest is unfinishable.

Subject Quest parts

The timers from quest parts (lancequest, shinares, mudscrabble) have been
removed. They will have 'some' weight now to offset botting, but they won't
rot. Let me know if you see any errors of course.

Subject Toggles Pt2

If you have things disabled (parrying, etc, or exp withholding) it will now show
you after a bit. Just so you remember to turn them back on/off.

Subject Big Bird

The Giant Kingfisher has been working out in his off time, and is bigger,
badder, and more emotionally unstable than before.

This is to balance the fact that the WG ring will always be there when you
kill him.
