Subject keys/locks/doors etc
Opening doors/locks/portals that are locked, now if you have the key in
inventory, it just unlocks/opens when you do 'open X'.
Same with 'lock east', if it's open, you close it, then attempt to lock it (or
lock ). It assumes you're smart enough to close the damned thing
before trying to lock it :P.

Subject RIP Memorial QI's at the Questmaster
LOWBIE QI's!
In homage of our fallen friends, please find Brim's pocketknife in {HQuest List
Weapons{h, Raina's Backpack and Aquimer's figurine in {HQuest List Items{h. A
nice little tribute, and lowbie EQ mirroring the assassin's dagger, grey
backpack, and mojo rat (slightly better, leveling?). And obtainable by lowbies
without highbie help.
Ps. Look Brim, Look Raina, Look Aquimer when you get them. Thanks all.

Subject Mudportal Autoapprove counting UP
Hey guys, I've added {HMUDPORTAL{h command, I think it's imm level 4 (like
newlock/wizlock etc).
Use the {HMUDSTAT{h command to see what's on/off etc. If some toolshed is
spamming asshat names, turn {HMUDPORTAL{h on and it'll make his counter to up
instead of down. This way regular players can make their chars if we're MIA/AFK,
but we can turn it back on if that dipshit comes back in.
{HMUDSTAT{h shows what's locked out.

Pets will now report their hit/dam/saves upon command. (Not charmies).

Subject Quest EXTEND
You can now {HQUEST EXTEND{h if you have 5 or less minutes in a quest, at the
cost of 5 quest points to SAVE THE STREAK! Basically, if you're almost done,
but dang it, can't make it back.. don't want to lose that +10 QP from your
streak of 20...
Also, Imms can see/adjust your streaks now more easily.

Subject QUEST TIME/STREAK updates
BONUS now can affect QT (quest time), and STREAK (dang, lost 25 streak
due to unreachable etc...) bonus LOSER streak 25.
Also, SET. Set char NAME QS/QUESTSTREAK #.
